The human shell of parent and child becomes the picture of an emotional body with reference to the self-sacrifice and the offer of one generation to another.
In the dystopian world of The Walking Dead the parent-child relationship is frequent and intense, the primitive process of birth through death gains emphasis through grotesque aesthetic.

Window
Sculpture|lace, wire
The sexuality of life and death belongs to the primal and repeating procedure of birth through death.
The Window is subject to biology.
I use lace in a way to create instinctively an anthropomorphic figure, the transparency of the material provokes the spectator to see through and past the organic form and into the spiritual one.

Hanged Man
Sculpture - installation|stitched paper, digital print
"Hanged Man" it deals with the social phenomenon of conscientious man in every socially and politically troubled era.
I use the Tarot card which symbolizes self-sacrifice for the greater good.
The human shell this time as "Hanged Man" encompasses the feelings that arise from the following events, human oppression, human violence, human sacrifice. Αll of them through the self-sacrifice and the offering of the man who gives himself in order for the world to move forward, fill the human shell. The human shell can be the absolute vacuum to something else that we will see in the future.
